With deep roots in industrial safety and a passion for helping organizations protect their people, she’s building Ask Aimee to give leaders the clarity they need to act on risk before it becomes an incident. Her approach is grounded in the reality of how safety data actually works — fragmented, imperfect, and full of signals that are easy to dismiss.
