Level Up Safety Technology was built from real-world experience — working alongside companies in high-risk environments where safety isn’t theoretical… it’s operational.

Over the years, we worked with organizations using a wide range of safety tools — monitoring systems, reports, alerts, and compliance platforms — all designed to protect their people.

But what became clear is this:

The problem isn’t that companies lack safety systems. It’s that no one is connecting what those systems are trying to tell them.

Today, Level Up Safety is focused on a different layer — helping organizations make sense of what their systems are already telling them.

Turning fragmented signals into clear, usable insight for leadership.

THE WHY

After years of working with companies in oil & gas, utilities, construction, and beyond, we saw the same pattern over and over again:

→ Incidents were reviewed.
→ Reports were filed.
→ Systems were in place.

BUT THE BIGGER PICTURE WAS MISSING.

Important signals were being:

handled in isolation
buried in systems
or dismissed because nothing bad had happened… yet

And by the time risk became obvious — it was already too late.

    Aimee is the founder of Level Up Safety Technology. With deep roots in industrial safety and a passion for helping organizations protect their people, she’s building Ask Aimee to give leaders the clarity they need to act on risk before it becomes an incident. Her approach is grounded in the reality of how safety data actually works — fragmented, imperfect, and full of signals that are easy to dismiss.

    Chief Legal Officer

    Bryce brings 34 years of cross-functional experience to Level Up Safety Technology, combining entrepreneurial strategy with deep legal expertise to support business growth. His problem-solving approach and commitment to sound governance ensure that Level Up operates with integrity as it scales.

  • Joel Leetzow

    Chairman of the Board

    Joel Leetzow brings more than 35 years of leadership experience to his role as Chairman of the Board for Level Up Safety Technology.

    His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, business analysis, strategic planning, capital strategy, governance, and organizational growth. Throughout his career, Joel has supported companies through key stages of growth, change, investment, and strategic decision-making.

    With a strong background in strategy, finance, and leadership, Joel supports LevelUp Safety Technology with board-level guidance, growth insight, and a practical understanding of how to move organizations forward.
