    After years of working with organizations in high-risk industries, she recognized a critical challenge: leaders had more operational and safety data than ever before, yet less clarity.

    Believing the problem wasn't a lack of data but a lack of connection between it, Aimee built the Level Up Intelligence Layer™ to help leaders connect fragmented operational signals, identify emerging risk, and make decisions with greater confidence.
