I've spent years working alongside organizations in high-risk industries. Oil and gas. Utilities. Construction. Environments where the stakes are real and the margin for error is thin.
And in every single one of them, I saw the same thing.
Reports were being filed. Incidents were being reviewed. Systems were in place. Dashboards were being checked.
